I've loved books for as long as I can remember, and that passion has naturally evolved into a love of writing and storytelling.

Alongside my own work as a novelist, I've spent time working within literary agencies and the publishing industry, gaining insight into how stories move from manuscript to publication.

While I enjoy every aspect of storytelling, I've always been especially fascinated by story structure. I love exploring how different frameworks shape a novel's pacing, character development, and emotional impact, and how choosing the right structure can help an author transform an exciting idea into a compelling book. That passion ultimately led me to create The Mantis Academy, where I combine my knowledge of story development, publishing, and novel planning to help authors bring their stories to life.
